Q: Can I see some example days?

A: Sure! If you’ve been following the nutrition programme, you’ll have loads of days like this logged on MFP. 

Here are a couple of examples from our most successful clients! This is what we’d expect a daily log to look like. Lots of food! Loads of fresh fruit and veg. Plenty of protein and fibre! Obviously, they have tailored the calories and food choices to their own requirements.

If you don’t like chicken then substitute it for lean fish, such as cod. If you don’t like white fish then substitute it for egg whites. If you’re vegan then substitute the animal products for another source of lean protein. 

Female example day:

Under 1400 calories
156g protein
30g fibre
14 PORTIONS of fruit and veg!!! 
LOADS of food, for less than 1400 calories!

Breakfast: Omelette 
Snack: Apple & raspberries 
Lunch: Chicken, sweet potato and veg
Dinner: Salmon, potatoes and veg
Supper: Fruit and yoghurt

Male example day:

Under 1700 calories
165g protein
29g fibre
12 PORTIONS of fruit and veg!!!
LOADS of food, for less than 1700 calories!

Breakfast: Protein porridge “proats”
Snack: Yoghurt and fruit
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Salmon, potatoes and veg
Supper: Protein mousse
